Dumb liberal framing. We don't need a replacement for police, we simply remove them and society instantly gets significantly better.

The "good" stuff that cops are supposedly tasked with (though not in reality) can be done by specialists who are newly and uniquely trained to do such tasks. But that's not 'replacing' the police, that's filling a niche which police did not fill to begin with.
