Havana, Sep 5 (Prensa Latina) The Public Health Ministry reported today 29 new Covid 19 cases, no deaths and out of the 190 active cases, only one is in serious condition.

Of course they don't have any, nobody is allowed in or out. Also they're actually plagued with covid and lying about it.
