lol I got a scam text to a WhatsApp link earlier today. it was a "job offer" for a high paying remote job at LinkedIn based on my qualifications, but it went on to say it did not require any specific education or experience. it didn't mention my name. I have a pretty specific education/experience.
the punchline: I don't have a LinkedIn account.

The only scam texts and calls I get claim to be from the Chinese embassy threatening to deport me if I don't pay them money. I haven't given them a cent and they still haven't given me a trip to China!
Even if every word of that message is true it's still extremely a scam
