there's always a guy out there smugly trying to convince you that peeling bananas from 'the other end' is actually better because "that's how apes do it". Also, you supposedly get less of the stringy stuff than peeling the banana from the tab. these people are completely wrong. if you can't open a banana from the tab, that means the banana is not yet ripe enough to eat. the only reason you're getting those weird stringy things is because you're trying to eat unripe bananas.
