My easiest and laziest meal is scrambled tofu with veggies and toast. I put some hot sauce on it and use vegan butter on the toast and it's a pretty filling meal (for me, at least). The one thing you'd need to get is kala namak (black salt) for an eggy taste, other than that it's pretty simple and you can add whatever veggies you'd normally like in scrambled "eggs." I use this recipe
I'm not a huge breakfast sort of guy, but i do have black salt so I'll give this a try. Thanks!
