Anyone know some good, preferably leftist, anime?
Not a fan of shonen, romance, harem or highschool anime if that helps.
To give you an idea of what I do like. Stuff like Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Baccano, Lupin the Third, and Miyazaki films are all good and I don't mind comedy if it's bizarre and stupid like Bobobo, or romcom if its wholesome as fuck and is about adults, like Way of the House Husband.

Kaguya is great, but I think it's worth mentioning that it's a romantic comedy set in a high school.
I love Kaguya, but I'm not sure it fits what dirt owl asked for
