They're doing alright, frankly. Not sure what ISNIC had against them, but they've got multiple domains up, Tor hidden service, etc. It might take a while before it's a decisive victory because they got a lot of attention recently, and there's a lot more registrars and network owners who are willing to offer services as compared to something like 8chan. If the DDOS attacks aren't sustained, for instance, they'll just rest eventually, rather than only being able to operate on Tor. I was only peripherally aware of them after wondering what Chris-chan was doing "these days" (a few years ago).
