Same shit happens with Glocks. They will try and holster with their finger on the trigger and shoot their leg. Or they will get the gun halfway out the holster and try and pull it the rest of the way out by the trigger.

The reporters of course uncritically repeat everything they say as fact.

    Technically the P320 has a grip safety and glocks have a trigger safety. The glock issue definitely arises from holstering and unholstering with a finger on the trigger. It really seems like, given the number of negligent diacharges of the the p320 across military, police, and civilian use, that there is a fundamental issue with the way the grip safety functions on these guns. Instead of simply releasing the trigger it causes it to partially activate. Yes, cops are stupid thumbs who can't get real jobs, but I still feel like the P320 is a bad gun and we should tell people who aren't cops, and especially leftists, to steer clear of it.
