Yugoslavia, Libya, arguably some LatAm countries though the latter also always had coordinated coup leaders and armies/death squads directed and/or trained and supplied by the US.
They already spent the last decade supporting the Saudi effort to bomb and starve Ansar Allah into submission and it didn't work. Can't imagine that would change now.
