      Sounds like yes, although the demands were so basic it doesn't feel like much. They can now take unpaid sick days, like literally go to the doctor without being fired.

      And now they have like 31 days off a year- and no that's not weekends plus 31 days. That's 31 days.

        There's 52 saturdays and 52 sundays in a year.

        They can can now take one-and-a-half weekend per month,

        The really important part imo is that they get to keep the two-conductor trains they have. I'd rather work 14 hours with a buddy than the normal 9 alone.
