Hey! I’m Drew, I’ve been playing and DMing DnD 3.5e and 5e for seven years, and I’m looking for 2-4 prospective co-DMs for a Left-Wing West Marches DnD 3.5e server. DMs with experience DMing 3.5e are preferred, but if you have any experience playing 3.X/PF or DMing other editions, feel free to throw your hat in the ring.

You must have a working mic, a Discord account, and fluency in English.

“West Marches” is a style of game where there is a large pool of players, who organize their own adventuring parties and choose which adventures to go on in a vast, sandbox wilderness. There’s more to it than that, and I’d be happy to go over the details if there’s interest.

However, because there can be dozens or over a hundred players in a West Marches game, there is a need for more than one DM; if there are 100 players (which is an optimistic estimate, I’ll admit), assuming 4-person parties, I would need to run twenty-five games a week to keep everyone playing weekly! Starting out, however, two or three will be enough.

You would not only run games but have a hand in deciding the course of the game, as well as input on houserules, the virtual tabletop we use, and being able to write your own adventures for use in the game (though depending on availability, you might not be the one running them).
