it's not just sounds
it's unreasonable sounds
you do not have to yell and scream or play music at volumes that are almost certainly too high for you to be that close to
normal noise made by just doing stuff is fine!
like i dont even mind lawnmowers at stupid hours or constant hammering on some bullshit renovation
because those are sounds that are made as a byproduct of something
not intentionally being a source of noise
