I lived in a large town that was depressed and I got a dog from the pound. And a cat that just walked in and laid on the couch, size of a fucking raccoon. (Dog was pissed)
But for 2 years every morning it be up to leave at 7 to go to college, and the dog and the cat would leave with me. The dog would head down the street. The cat would head to the back yard.
Get home at 4 every day. And around 4 or 5 they'd show up one after the other. Dog would bark. And the cat would just be on the deck.
Is it a hot take to think this is weird? I think of my cat as my friend, not my child.
So you just let them outside whenever? :mao-wtf:
