Yeah, the couple on the left are the Dvorchacks who hosted Xi in the Star Trek bedroom which is now forever part of his lore. The lady in red next to him is the one who organized the whole thing. This was from his 2012 visit and they had another reunion during his SF visit last year but it was wisely closed to the press.
Fun fact: Muscatine, Iowa is apparently now a popular destination for Chinese tourists because they wanna see the spot where Xi rode a tractor in 2012
