Being a musician can fuckin suck sometimes. I'm sorry my hobby is loud, ok? I can't help that, and I can only use headphones some of the time.
Sometimes I have to mix through my monitors, other times I have to play with my band mates. Renting a practice studio is expensive and I'm already spending too much of my income on rent, plus it's an absolutely massive pain in the dick to lug all of my equipment to another part of town just for a few precious hours.
Sometimes I really wish I was a painter or a writer or photographer or something and I could do my hobby in peace at any hour of the day without getting yelled at by my neighbours and pissing off everyone around me :deeper-sadness:
Comrade, idk where you live, but in my major American city, dedicated practice spaces are cheap. I pay $80 for a decent size room split amongst 4 people (incl me). Maybe that might be beneficial to you if there's something in your area, and the price is right?
I've hooked up my amps in an apartment ONCE, and that lasted all of 5 minutes.

Right now my studio is anything but mobile, but once my bandmate and I get to the point where we want to start playing more live shows I will need to start looking into a transportable live performance rig (we require the use of a computer as well which complicates matters of course)

That's a good one. I'm more partial to a Dunwich Fuzzthrone (have a super customized one from before Nick got out of the pedal game) or a Meathead DAM Dark
I will say I fucking hate the sound of Big Muffs tho. Never liked them.
