Is it more normal for it to happen on T but less so on E? I do know my friend doing E was always stressed from life circumstances and bad eating habits though so it could also be from that over the E

Yeah I'm not an expert but generally it's androgens that are going to cause hormonal acne. That's why cis women take spironolactone (t-blocker) for it sometimes.
Or maybe the opposite. This doesn't happen to you if you start taking hormones.
I've thought about estradiol before but no way am I ever dealing with the anxiety of being plagued with acne again.
E shouldn't give you acne. It made my skin way better.
(Laser did cause massive breakouts tho)
