My mother had a Harley for a few months and quickly traded it back in because it was too loud, the positioning of the handlebars made her arthritis flare up, and the maintenance was more expensive overall compared to the one she previously owned. Even idling it would be so loud that you just couldn't sleep which was hell since I was working night shift at the time.
