He's likely to have confabulated reasons to dismiss anyone who tries to convince him to seek help, like how he claims that jewish influences conspired against him by tricking his wife into thinking he was mental ill. Everybody who has a position to help him loses that position when they try.

Conversely, he's become vulnerable to exploitation to lackeys, which explains the Candace Owen's, Tucker Carlson, and apparently Andrew Tate collabs. His life is in jeopardy.
