      No need when they put the jackets on by themselves, knowingly or not.

      People who get rhetorically close but don't cross were never going to in the first place.

            In the past, feds would fed-jacket communists in order to divide the community and start witch-hunts against fellow comrades, turning comrades against comrades.

            This happened especially during the 60s/70s.

            And in other eras.

            It's a common FBI tactic.
