If you're accurate enough not to pee on the counter then the only thing holding back someone so inclined is the social taboo. It's not like the kitchen sink where stuff regularly goes in there. Does pee harm pipes? Will it make the sink bowl radiate a permanent smell? I just hate wasting water by flushing only pee but also don't like letting pee sit for an excessively long time.
Your sink will smell like piss after a month. The best thing to do is piss in the shower.
Specifically, the p-trap. I don't know if it collects the bacteria we smell as piss or what, but it's disgusting.
I already do that but I can't always line up my shower schedule with my piss schedule. Sounds like I need to start pissing in my sink one month before my lease is up.

The thing I hate is other people being overly judgemental about it. If you walk in a public bathroom and I'm only wearing socks while I stand on the sink to pee, don't be a pervert. Do your business and leave. I'm doing my business.

Oh my sink is far too small to wash anything beyond hands. I wash my face in the shower or with a rag.
splashing my face with water, or drinking from the faucet to rinse after brushing. i would stick my head into the toilet to drink from a bidet, so making your sink a toilet would be gross as hell.
You would still need to run the sink to clean out the pee. The minerals in your urine calcify if they're left to sit and they will sit in the pipes unless you run the water.
