    Lmao so real, my ex did ketamine and flirted with converting to Catholicism. I actually grew up Catholic so i didn't understand the logic at all, it's not exactly a "fun" faith

      Wanting to voluntarily join the kiddy rape anti-abortion no gays allowed religion is completely baffling to me. Like i get if you were indoctrinated in it so it's not entirely your fault, but why would you desire to be part of that mess?

        The faith isn't fun, but the people can be. My family went from nonreligious to regular churchgoers because my younger siblings made friends who went to Sunday school and wanted to be with them. Especially as suburbia and capitalism drives people further and further apart the prospect of a social group to belong to becomes more and more enticing.

          Eh, Catholicism is so built into the community it's hard to separate the two. Also a pro drinking, pro partying religion's the most part.

      If I had to be Christian, I'd be Catholic. But that's really only because they have the best architecture.
