Given it's a weed, I think it'd be high time for someone to johnny Appleseed some dank landrace strains across the US when it collapses.
If there's one thing I know about people, it's that no matter what situation we end up in we're going to find a way to get a buzz on.
Both of those are laughably easy to make yourself. Weed is very much a weed. Booze is sugar mixed with yeast and allowed to ferment. For most of history people have made their own beer and cider at home.
