I guess people are talking about the Hunter Biden laptop thing on the internet again because of :melon-musk:. That story about Hunter just leaving it at a computer repair shop seems kinda sus, doesn't it? But I'm not super interested in pulling at that thread. Anyway, at the time I did hear reports of the story getting suppressed. Is that just because it was full of pics of the dude smoking crack with his dick out, or is there also something substantial and worth keeping in mind as history unfolds behind us?

I'm asking here because I don't really want to go fishing around on the internet for Biden dick pics. That's icky. Feel free to just post PPB or whatever here too, but I'm all ears if a kindly comrade feels like filling me in.

In October 2020 the New York Post published private porn and business details it had retrieved from Hunter Biden's laptop. Emails found on it proved that Joe Biden, despite his claims otherwise, had manipulated the Ukrainian government in service of the gas company Burisma, which was paying his son's company for such lobbying.

the Burisma thing is so funny because it's like these are the exact same people as the Trumps. like you don't even need a smoking gun, it's blatantly obvious that the son of the Vice President of the United States got a lucrative job that he's not qualified for and has no responsibilities at because of corruption. just the dumbest grift imaginable right out in the open

So it shows that Burisma's appointment of Hunter actually caused Joe to intervene on their behalf. Okay, I guess this is important in a world where the standard for proving corruption is comically high. We already knew about Burisma and Hunter. Perhaps what we learn here is that corruption is just openly tolerated, and no amount of evidence is sufficient to engender meaningful consequences.
