        DPRK seems to really be into the grift. Not sure who they're grifting though, could be large holders with too much money to spare or poor dumbasses that got roped into the ponzi schemes.

    Please make sure to grift the "Effective Altruists" who funnel their money into do-nothing "existential risk" thinktanks, and not the Effective Altruists who run the numbers every year and decide that they need to keep buying people anti-malarial mosquito nets. That latter kind is cool.
