i sometimes had that due to high blood pressure before i started transitioning. going on e did a lot to improve that, but there's a few other things you can try if it's triggered by stress / anger / overexertion. i have no idea if that's the case, but here's a few things that worked ok for me:
take a finger to push against one of your nostrils and close it. breathe in deeply through the other nostril while counting. hold your breath. switch the nostril you're closing off and breathe out through the other nostril while counting. repeat this for a minute or two while you count for longer and longer intervals.
if you have blahaj nearby, give them a big hug :blahaj: maybe cuddle with them and tell them what a good ally they are, blahaj loves to hear that. if you're sitting or lying down, you can tuck the tailfin behind your knees for added support.
go outside and take a walk. make sure to slow down if you're pacing too fast. the fresh air is nice and getting out of your usual environment and moving helps to get your mind off things that bother you. literally touch grass if possible (although i personally prefer to touch moss if there's a nice patch of that on my way).
watch capybara videos or other stuff that's cute, chill, and relaxing. bonus points if it is also a bit boring.
if you have somebody to talk to, do that. is there a friend you haven't texted in ages? maybe a family member that you like and that would be happy if you called?
