US policies affect everyone. So, it’s only logical, that everyone gets to vote on what those policies are.

This is 100% logical. You cannot refute it.

    There was an activist in Japan who did that as a bit in 2008 IIRC, declaring his candidacy for US president and arguing that because the US acts as if it owns the world it must consider the whole world its territory and thus everyone on earth was born in the US and is entitled to vote in its elections, further calling for his supporters to boycott the election and then declaring victory on the reasoning that any person who did not vote was voting for him. It was a funny bit.

      fr though folks in places like Japan and Germany could organize to get the US military out of places like Okinawa and Rammstein. That would be a pretty significant blow to US imperialism, right?
