Unpopular opinion: my close friends and partner don't do gifts, and it's actually kinda nice. Like honestly, there's no stress about finding the perfect gift for someone.
The rest of the year, I'll buy shit for people left and right. Like I'll happily pay for dinner or get trainers (sneakers) for a younger friend.
