I'm glad you're okay with including them in the crossfire. The nonprofit MarComms workers I know will be glad that, at the very least, you weren't targeting them specifically when you said they should kill themselves.

I'm perfectly aware of how diseased the ad industry is (hell, how much of a disease it is) and the sick, manipulative people who run it. I grew up around it and believe me, I could tell you stories. I still think it's total bullshit to issue a blanket condemnation to the third of a million people (in the US alone!) who do that work. Hell, I almost went into it when I got out of college. Should I have killed myself if I stuck with it?
