The introduction already has me crying and I haven't even started the video yet:
"This training contains a 5-minute video that educates our team members on what a union is and why at ********* we do not think a union is in their best interest."
Sadly, our turnover is so high that I'm not sure a union would work, but it would be awesome if it did. Especially since I'm pretty sure I'm getting screwed since they made me salary even tho I still technically do regular work at my store.
That's one of the classic moves to get unpaid overtime. I hope you can advocate for yourself as much as possible without getting the "we need you to be a team player" talk from the next level up.
