They might still be on Soulseek (username: podking) but I'm not on Windows or Linux so I can't check

Anyone willing to get the latest Trillbillies from them? I can offer you a rare beanis as thanks

Btw if anyone's looking for a more minimalist AntennaPod fork, check out Podcini. Not worth a post but the comm icon reminded me

I can see their shared files on soulseek, what's the specific episode you want?

It's not uploaded yet, 301 is the most recent on there. It looks like they upload all podcasts when the week is over. So if I check back Sat/Sun I can get it then.

Out of curiosity, what OS are you on?

          Ohh alright, I didn't realize

I'm on OpenBSD. I thought we didn't have a Soulseek client but I just checked and we actually do have one in ports under the name "nicotine-plus" so I can actually check later myself

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I use nicotine+ on linux and I saw that it supports BSD

Yeahh I thought the only client available was the official proprietary one

Nicotine+ looks way better even lol

Soulseek is alive and well! Maybe you should revisit sometime

Remember gnutella? Or Freenet? Freenet is objectively the coolest P2P network but the freeze-peach nerds who run it ruined it because it's impossible to moderate what gets inserted into the distributed database by design. Also the code is very old and hard to maintain lol

      It's weird, right?

I hadn't heard of soulseek since the post-Napster, circa-Limewire days until fairly recently because of Podking.
