Just checked, and it gives this:
SSL handshake failed
Cloudflare is unable to establish an SSL connection to the origin server.
So something's down at least. No indication whether it's an intermittent problem or if something actually happened.
It’s still using Cloudflare as that’s a custom Cloudflare error page. Cloudflare can’t connect to the 4chan servers to proxy the content to the user, so there’s a problem with 4chan itself.
If Cloudflare pulled service your connection would just time out until 4chan updated their DNS.
