        it looks like an instagram factoid which doesn't link to any actual article or specific so it's pretty safe to assume the whole thing i fake

      Fact check: Infactual. Picture and premise are from this article https://www.huffpost.com/entry/girl-builds-homeless-shelters-washington_n_7488460 which doesn't include "charge rent" or "medical bills".
