I've never heard George Soros speak nor read a single word of his. I had never even heard of the guy before Qanon fascists kept screaming about him.

And yet he's supposed to inform my entire worldview? I've read all of Capital and I sometimes have trouble keeping all the Marxist stuff in my head, but Soros is the one truly controlling me. Ok.

This is overly arrogant because propaganda is everywhere.

There are thousands of people who call themselves "socialists" or "Communists" who absolutely parrot Soros' world view without even realising it.

You're not different. You're not immune to propaganda. :garf-troll:

I doubt Soros has a worldview beyond "George Soros should have a lot of money." The only propaganda I know he was part of involved funding anti-soviet labor unions in Poland. If that's what you're talking about then sure, he's probably been involved in a lot of anti-USSR propaganda.

But I doubt as individual actor he's any more influential than the rest of the billionaires and imperial states spreading the same anticommunist propaganda. There's already a ton of propaganda around me that doesn't have Soros influence, so why even point to him in particular?

And I entirely reject the idea that George Soros somehow as an individual tricked me into being a leftist.
