TLDR: sound is something that is a product of the brain, nothing has a sound until the vibrations it makes through the air are observed and processed by an organism. Interesting fun fact, many plants have the ability to through air vibrations so for example a flower could hear the sound of a tree falling

Yes, i cant find the study, but it said to talk in soft and calming tones and not to be too loud or sudden.
