Swollen face guy has one more slap after the ending which makes bigger dude tap out. The side of big dude's face that's being slapped also looks pretty beat, but it just isn't facing the camera the whole time.
This is the sort of shit teenage boys do to try and fail to impress girls. It's actually tragic to see people doing this to themselves
