In RS3, Armadyl stomps out Bandos. Armadyl's a :LIB: and Bandos is one of those "based retvrn fascists". OSRS seems to be coming up similarly too, as I have a feeling OSRS will get The Chosen Commander as well, where the player fights an avatar of said fascist god.
Bandos even sounds like your average channer too:
"The goblins are my creations. My PROPERTY! Their only purpose is to serve me! YOU HEAR ME, GOBLIN. I AM YOUR GOD!"
