I think I'm legally obligated to say oak on account of being a dryad. I like those massive redwoods, and cherry blossoms are pretty but the fact that the cherries are inedible is just kind of fucked up.
On that note I think I'd have to go with plum trees for the fruits. I like pines just cause their needles smell good.
While similarly required to mention the apple tree, I'm going to add the willows which provide a curtain of shade that I've always liked. It's as if they're bending over to meet you.
