I think I'm legally obligated to say oak on account of being a dryad. I like those massive redwoods, and cherry blossoms are pretty but the fact that the cherries are inedible is just kind of fucked up.
On that note I think I'd have to go with plum trees for the fruits. I like pines just cause their needles smell good.
Southern Live Oak
I love how far they reach out and rest their limbs on the ground. It begs you to climb on it and sit and relax for a bit. Bonus points for spanish moss dripping from the branches shading the whole area.

Absolutely gorgeous trees. I love it when they get a few mushrooms on them too. Just the glorious center of a beautiful ecosystem.
