Fred Morrison is an immensely talented Scottish musician and composer, one of my biggest inspirations as piper myself. This tune is from his 2009 Outlands collection, which is a bluegrass/celtic fusion album (you'll notice that the uilleann pipes sound remarkably like a fiddle at several points during the tune). It's very atypical for pipers of Fred's caliber to be this animated and visibly enjoying what they do, so his performances are a breath of fresh air.
