Starbucks paid for it. Im not sure if they still offer it though. Theyve been threatening to stop covering it for like 2 years. Even with them paying for the surgery i still had consultation fees, prescription fees, and a 5k deposit.
Most of the big tech companies cover it, I dont know many options though.
Yeah as of this october they stopped covering it, at least new surgeries. Id hope the ones already scheduled will be covered.
I worked 20hrs a week for 1.25 years and got a 90k surgery. It was a pretty good deal. I hope you figure something out.
