I don’t think it’s something “objective” - it doesn’t happen with all attractive people or even most of them. And I don’t think others find them as attractive either. But sometimes, some very few times, I see someone either irl or online and I literally can’t stop staring at them. I think about them for hours afterwards. It’s only happened a handful of times but by god it is so freaking weird.
If there is an “objective” rating system, even if it’s subjective to the observer, then these people are not 8 or 9 or 10. They are outside the freaking scale. And I don’t mean they’re 11/10 or something. No, the scale just doesn’t even apply to them.
Like, am I weird? Does this only happen to me? Should I get my brain checked? It this what people mean when they say “type”?
comrade, you gotta go to a bar or something, and ask for someone's number.
That is a terrifying prospect.
good. hold onto that energy. everyone wants a lover who is so so so afraid.

Oh hell yeah I'll hang out by the railyard any day :train-shining:
You can be sober at the bar and pull too.
Bit weird no?
I don't think so, there's someone in almost every group that does the driving. Pretty normal over here in the UK for one person in the group to drink a half and then nurse water or non-alcoholic the rest of the time. Usually rotated it around the group when I was hitting the pubs/clubs on both Fri/Sat every week with a regular group. We might not have any driver occasionally and do trains/taxis then but 70% of the time we'd have 1 sober doing the driving and it's fine. A lot of the pub/club workers are sober too and if you're regular you tend to end up knowing them so if the sober person is getting fed up with drunk antics there's always chilling with the staff, bouncers, club girls, bar staff on breaks, bands etc.
Can't speak for america i guess but it's a matter of confidence? If you don't care about it, it's a non-issue entirely inside your own head. The drunk people have no idea you're sober anyway unless you've told them.
yes, but
it feels a bit predatory to be sober when (statistically) the people you're most likely trying to sleep with will be drunk
drunk people are not cute when you're sober
