    I mean it is normal to have a cool down and feel a little sleepy after orgasm which is linked to the release of prolactin, and the effect is much higher after having sex with another person. (About 400% more prolactin is released when having penetrative sex with another person, vs masturbation). It's a normal part of having sex to a degree, though if you feel super bad/crap you should get it checked out with a medical professional. But from what you've said that sounds pretty normal, especially if it's the first time you're having sex with a new partner.

    You mention drinking alcohol before you had sex as well, that will definitely intensify any "hungover" effect.
