UPDATE: GETTING A SCRIPT TODAY. THANK GODS. This was so fucking bad.
A Grindr date lifted my script but I'm not gonna go to the pigs over it which is the only way I can get it filled. Luckily I only have to wait 3 days (it's already been 4) to get more but I am. Losing. My. Mind. How do I deal with this? Stay asleep on benadryl (the poor man's Peterson method)? My dogs a seizure trained ESA and won't leave my side so I'm fucking spooked
didn't notice it + they didn't tell me to fuck off and say some weird shit about how i need to cough up da money
shut the fuck up dude what the hell. You obviously have an issue with what I said. I get it. Leave me the hell alone
k, enjoy your sunday and in the future try not to suggest addictive substances with bad withdrawl symptoms to cure the bad withdrawl symptoms of other drugs
lol I'm going to put your fucking head in a toilet holy shit
Booze and benzos work on the same receptors and ease each other's withdrawals. It's common fucking knowledge for anyone that's dealt with addiction to either.
That's all I was suggesting.
It's not a cure, it's not going to stop the addiction, it's just an actionable bandaid if you're in a predicament like the OP is.
But, yeah, I get it you hate alcohol and blah blah blah blah blah blah.
well i'm sorry i misunderstood the receptor thing. I've lived with alcoholics but i have never been an alcoholic. having lived with alcoholics I find it sus when people tell each other to use alcohol. Apologies.
It's fine, I didn't explain it well and I get pissed off when people get judgy about the booze and lack of medical care stuff.
I'm more sorry
please don't put my head in a toilet. I like it dry. I surrender lol
Lmao I hope you have a good day too, I'm sorry this all is just hitting a very personal note on a lot of levels. I deserve the toilet
you good man. peace
Here's a source fwiw, I should have included this originally. It was not the kind of post to be lazy on and I appreciate being called out on it.

Benzodiazepines are cross-tolerant with alcohol and modulate anxiolysis by stimulating GABA-A receptors [24]. During withdrawal from one agent, the other may serve as a substitute. They are proven to reduce withdrawal severity and incidence of both seizures and delirium tremens (DT) [40–42].
Thanks for sharing! I genuinely was not educated about any of that, so I appreciate it. I'll try to be less stigmatic towards alcohol use in the future.
Thanks. Appreciate you comrade, an excellent Sunday awaits.
