      Seamus Finnigan, the only Irish character, only appeared in scenes to either blow something up or be a dick to Harry. First scene in the franchise: he tried to turn water into rum and ending up exploding it. Final scene in the franchise: they were trying to bomb up a bridge during the war at hogwarts and the professor said something like "I do recall Mr. Finnigan has a knack for this sort of thing"
