That fight is one of the more tedious ones. I think if you get the creepy monk follower it gets a lot easier due to his relatively good will save.
Did they add Tieflings to the EE, or are those horns on the spear wielder something else?
Yeah Grimnaw the dwarf monk, he's the best companion I think. The head is from the base game, Tiefling wasn't a class but they had horned humans and it's the closest you can get to one.
