    I'm assuming Nintendo of Japan did this. They actually have an ok reputation among their workers. Nintendo of America is notoriously evil ever since Reggie left.

      Yes it's Nintendo of Japan. Yea explains some other companies are boosting pay even by a higher percentage and the government of Japan had a directive for companies to boost pay as well. Still a crAAApitalist company. Wonder if Commander Sterling will comment on it. Yea just put his vid out first.

    Cost of Living is going up in Japan, in no small part thanks to the Yen-USD spread widening. They aren't doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. Nintendo just can't afford to lose talent right now.

      It lets you switch between controller and motion controls in the settings.

      The physical sensors on the Switch are completely different from the Wii though, and I haven't played it, so I don't know if it's good. (the Switch has much better gyros, but all gyros drift. The Wii pointer used an infrared camera pointing at two infrared LEDs in front of your TV, which gets aiming perfect unless you have an IR source in your room)
