god im a crust slut i think theres nice stuff about every kind of crust.

'pizza bottoming' sounds like an Urban Dictionary entry with a description like "Pizza bottoming is when you get topped by a bunch of people at once, because pizza has a lot of toppings."
To answer the question, Detroit-style pizza is my jam. Thick, doughy crust cooked in a pan. Neapolitan or NY are both great, but the crust is the least-interesting part of them, imo.
The kinda crust where it's a little charred and it's got a Texas toast consistency.
I go to Japan sometimes and they'll have wild stuff like seaweed, tuna, and radishes
