I never understood the “entitled worker” complaint. Is that not the free market in play? One side demanding something, so you either supply it and they stick with your company, or you don’t supply it and they find the supply elsewhere.
Remember when people said if Trump wins I'm moving to Canada? (and then nobody did, because Canada has actually strict immigration laws). This is the same thing. They're threatening the worst thing that they can imagine: denying you their presence.
