Aged well, ~17 years old. How would you augment it to get it to 30 seconds or to account for the intervening years?

For me: While USA is humping KSA, Israel/Qatar/UAE should get in on the action and they all bust all over the neighboring states. (approximately 1-2s of extra runtime)
