He's just mad that the pink-haired lady was correct (on both technical and socioeconomical issues) and now people are starting to listen to her

And his "biker gang" looking ass (47, has one hidden tattoo, owns a harley and wears a harley bandana to work) with hard right views finally got fired for harrasment

In my current job in tech the gender distribution is like 85% cis men and most women work in non-technical roles

      Reminds me of a joke

A Klansman, a wife beater and a Nazi walk into a bar

The barman goes: Good day, officer, what can I get you?

If no one talked about politics then how did you know about the biker guy's politics? Probably more like "we shared right leaning trueisms common among comfortable white suburbanites, and I didn't recognize them as political at the time"

I'm also sceptical of "pink haired chick" claim. I don't have knowledge or examples but I'd reckon the field would discriminate against white women too, especially pink haired ones, whatever the implications of that might be.

Yeah, tech bros have a lot of right wing reactionary ideas. Actually any profession where the pay distinguishes you from the average person, you find this quite a bit.

Yeap, and all the people that knew how to code and were promoted were white guys! No politics here

Not at all, they were simply the best people for the job and they were obviously promoted entirely on their own merits. What a wild coincidence that they all happened to be white guys, huh?

Aside from coding, tech culture people are mostly dumb as bricks. It's incredible that they picked up one skill and they think they are gods. Insufferable.
